In the event of any change in the amount of Service Fee, after the payment is made by the user, VyaparFormations reserves the right to collect balance amount from user. The user may be required to furnish the payment instrument at any time to VyaparFormations for identification purposes.

Timeliness of work

Timelines mentioned for work completion are estimations and should not be construed as an agreed promise from VyaparFormations. Work completion is dependent on multiple externalities such as government department and third party vendors (e.g, CAs, CS, payment gateway. etc). VyaparFormations will have limited warranties in such cases.
